This topic will take a critical look at the strategies employed by marketers to engage and captivate the youth demographic. Litisha Bagadia is a 12th grade student from CNM School, Mumbai,
India. She is a passionate environmentalist, entrepreneur, tutor, and
a visionary.
In 2021, she started Ayika Foundation, an NGO to mobilise youth
energy in climate action. Today, through Ayika, she has hosted 10+
recycling and waste reduction campaigns, fundraisers, community
awareness events, and online awareness campaigns involving more
than 500 volunteers and impacting more than 100,000 people
through in-person programs and over 2 million via digital
