Students of today are growing into a world that will be drastically different in ten years. Political and cultural polarization, climate crises, geo-political conflicts, economic fears have created a sense of doom for future generations. The data on trust in the way our current institutions currently work shows it is at an all time low. The first step to creating a new future is to see a possibility unencumbered by the past that paints a picture of how things could be–not succumbing to what cognitive science calls “the negativity bias” inherent in us as human beings. Classrooms are where this possibility-making begins.

We are not traditional teachers, however we see teachers as leaders and we teach leaders how to be more adaptable and how to work together to accomplish anything when the world is changing quickly.
