At the very start of the coronavirus pandemic, 10 cousins aged between 14 and 24 years old started a website that allows anyone to write letters to isolated elderlies. This website helped fight the loneliness pandemic while allowing youth to play their part in this crisis from the safety of their home. One of the cousins shares the two greatest lessons this incredible yet challenging experience has taught her. A simple idea led by a simple team with simple means that created over a million smiles all around the world.
