Indonesia is currently in the demographic bonus, where more than 50% of the population is dominated by Millenials and Gen-Z. But the peak of the demographic bonus is predicted will be happening around 2023.

At the same time, we currently are in a fast-growing digital era, where almost all things can be converted into digital systems.

In his talk, Rudiantara shared some insight into how we can maximize the benefit of demographic bonuses in Indonesia with the growth of the digital era in the remaining approximately 10 years to go.
