Dr. Darin Paine presents the untold story of Lt. Col. Galen Sargent and his ethical dilemma during the Vietnam War. He discusses the ARDA model for decision making and how to make one’s own ethical decisions.
In Dr. Darin Paine’s civilian career, he serves as the Associate Director of Mentoring and Personal Development in the Hollingsworth Center for Ethical Leadership at Texas A&M University. Darin teaches Ethical Leadership courses in the School of Military Sciences; while most of the students are in the Corps of Cadets, these classes are open to all A&M students.
