Divam wadhwa, a tea-cafe franchise owner shares the interesting story of his conversion from an engineering student to an entrepreneur. He always wanted to work in the entrepreneurship field, so he started his own franchise soon after he left college. He and his partner faced a lot of issues and problems including COVID lockdown, shortage of funds, and order cancelling, but the motivating factor behind his story is how he was able to put a good work culture into his startup and make it a big hit in India.
